When not traveling the four corners of the globe in search of the next challenging peak or slope, Dean Cardinale leads treks and is available for speaking engagements and public appearances. 

Dean is the Assistant Director of Snow Safety at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort and lives in Snowbird, Utah - twenty miles from downtown Salt Lake City.

For the past several years Dean has conducted avalanche safety and rescue workshops off and on the resort, delivered riveting presentations on his many adventure expeditions and has been featured in several nationally broadcast television programs run on the History Channel, National Geographic Channel, BBC, Outdoor Life Network, the Discovery Channel and the major network affiliates.

Dean will tailor his presentation to the age, interest and objectives of any group that secures his services.  Depending upon the location, timing and wishes of the client, Dean can present a riveting slide show of his adventures, show actual footage of a cliff-side mountain rescue, or bring his faithful companion and mountain rescue dog Midas to his engagements. 

Presentations typically run 50 minutes and organizers would be wise to schedule additional time for an adequate question and answer session.  Fees for appearances scheduled before December 31, 2007 range between $1,500 and $2,500 - plus travel expenses, if applicable.
